Pervin Bhasin has over sixteen years of experience as Facilitator in the field of Corporate Training and Development. She specialises in soft skills training, her range being wide - from Customer Centricity to Personal Effectiveness to Leadership Development . . . and more.
Conviction that learning is at its most effective when it is involving and fun for the learners is evident in her design and delivery of training interventions.

She has experience in related areas of HRD as well, key being Performance Management and Recruitment and has also carried out substantial work in the area of Total Quality and integration of Quality into corporate systems and procedures.
Since the past few years, developmental work at educational institutions has been an area of special interest. Contributing to the quality of education and nurturing development of the adolescent and young adult is a pet passion and forms part of her future goals. Counselling is another area of interest, the focus once again being on adolescents and young adults.

She worked with the Taj Group of Hotels from 1990 to 2000, leading the Training and Development function for different hotels of the Group located in various parts of India. During this time she also gained substantial experience in related HR processes, noteworthy among them being Performance Management, Employee Reward and Recognition, Community Initiatives and Recruitment.
She was also involved in establishing the Quality function for her Unit, Taj Bengal which was awarded the prestigious JRD QV (now the ‘Tata Business Excellence Model’ Citation .
