Knowledge Tree Consulting uses an assessment based model with a blended approach for its customized training programs.

• Pre-course assessments using standard tools and/or customized surveys are administered in order to evaluate participants before they attend a program.
• Learning Interventions are a blend of classroom sessions, coaching, customized role plays, exercises, case studies and projects based on the requirements that come out of the pre-course assessments/surveys.
• Post-course assessment surveys help us assess improvement and also calculate return on investment.
