Knowledge Tree Consulting was founded by Nirmala Nandagopal and Anand Gore.

Nirmala started her career at NIIT, where she spent 9 years working in different areas, related to training delivery, curricula and course development, eLearning and web-based product development. The last 6 years of her career were spent at SAP Labs India, where she was VP – Training & Development. She set up the L& D Function here, running an average of 150 courses every month for over 4500 employees. Her initiatives at SAP included, innovative curricula for On boarding, the SAP Academy, and the Management Academy. She set up a model for Coaching & OJT for Managers. She introduced Assessments as a means of increasing learning effectiveness. She implemented easy to use & efficient automated web-based tools for running training operations and for easy employee interface. She was instrumental in setting up the SAP Scholar program in collaboration with premier colleges like IIITB and BITS, Pilani.

She has an MBA from Madras University. She also has certifications in MBTI(Step I & Step II), DISC, CPVA, TriMetrix & Transactional Analysis

Anand an MBA from Pune University has over 20 years of experience in the Learning and Development arena. He is certified in Thomas Profiling, CPBA (based on DISC), CPVA and TriMetrix.

Anand an MBA from Pune University has over 20 years of experience in the Learning and Development arena. He is certified in Thomas Profiling, CPBA (based on DISC), CPVA and TriMetrix.  Anand has varied experience, including selling space for a Business specific business directory, setting up and running a training centre for National Institute of Sales (a division of NIIT),  managing large accounts for MicroUniv (a division of Microland) and playing a pivotal role in setting up the learning and development function at SAP Labs India.

During his tenure at SAP Labs he was Manager - Training Operations. He was fully responsible for planning and executing training requirements, both Technical and Behavioural. This amounted to approximately 1800 training programs every year and an average of approximately 15 training days per employee. He was responsible for the operational aspects of running SAP’s comprehensive On boarding Curricula, the SAP Academy and SAP’s Management Academy.
